• Full resume including references and referees to previous employers
  
• Copy of traffic authority print out from all states you have held a licence for in the past 5 years.
  
• Completed - Drivers Application Form.doc
• Completed - Drivers Declaration Form.pdf

 TOW OPERATORS & SUB CONTRACTORS

If you would like to apply for a position as a Tow Operator or a Sub Contractor we require that you have the follwing:

• Registered Company, including ABN
  
• Heavy Motor Vehicle Insurance
  
• Trailer in Control Policy - (only if towing company trailer)
  
• Marine Cargo Insurance
  
• Public Liability Insurance
  
• Current Workcover Policy
• Completed - Subcontractrs Application Form.doc
